Sarah & Barney Joyful Wedding Day
(Photos by Jack Davolio) It was the 30th of June and it was a very hot day. The wedding venue, that we know so well, looked stunning in that powerful summer light and gave off positive energy, so did the bride’s beautiful smile! The wedding celebration gathered together guests from several different countries and it was really interesting for us to be part of it. The reception dinner was an occasion for them to connect, thanks to the speeches and to the imperial tables that always facilitate conversation between a large number of guests. Sarah and Barney chose a simple but refined country chic style, with soft colors that perfectly matched the rustic style of the hamlet that hosted the wedding. The atmosphere was relaxed, yet refined, and everyone enjoyed and savored each moment of the day. Speaking of which, they really enjoyed the marching band that entertained all the guests during aperitif. Only the bride and groom knew that they were going to perform. We kept the band hidden until the moment Sarah and Barney made their entrance going down the stairs preceded by the musicians. They wanted it to be a surprise, and it surely was… It was a success, indeed! Despite the heat, guests couldn’t help but dance!
