There are no words to describe how incredible Francesca is! Our wedding at La Bandita in Val D'Orcia was the most wonderful day of our lives and there is absolutely no way it would have happened without their incredible organisation, style, patience, attention to detail and just overwhelming support.
We are based in London, UK and so had to arrange the wedding from overseas, which meant that Francesca did all of the running around for us in Italy. We were mostly in contact with Francesca, speaking via email several times a day and on Skype at least once a week as the wedding drew near. Her patience, willingness and most importantly ability to get things done was beyond fantastic.
We had some very specific ideas as to what we wanted - whether we were asking for a string quartet, a hanging frame photobooth, very specific flowers in very specific coloured boxes, or to arrange 20 different minibus pick up and drop offs for 85 guests descending on Tuscany from all over the world - whatever we asked for, Francesca managed to make it happen! Not only that but Francesca was great at being in regular touch with every vendor and liaising with them on our behalf so it was virtually hassle free for us. And their great working relationship with the owner of our wedding venue meant that so much went on behind the scenes that we never saw. And even when, in the week before the wedding, we had to make contingency plans for torrential rain (which thankfully never appeared!), Francesca was out of her way to stay upbeat and make sure we were prepared whatever the weather.
Every little detail was beautifully planned and there was not one thing that didn't meet or exceed our expectations. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Francesca and not only will we be forever indebted to them for planning our dream wedding, but I am delighted to say that we have now made friends for life and will certainly be heading back to Italy to pay them a visit soon!
